The new venue includes a Lounge club on the upper level, valet parking, and the Restaurant serves dinner. Open seven days a week.

 

Chef Alex Craciun has an outstanding resume including fronting many Michelin-star restaurants around the world. His extensive experience includes Executive Head Chef at Sasharu, London; Maze London, by Gordon Ramsay; the Jason Atherton group. Chef Alex was nominated for Best Chef 2017-2018 by the British GQ Food & Drink Awards. Chef Alex prides himself on choosing the best local produce and has invested his talent in the Nomad menu.

 

Highly experienced and passionate sommelier Mr David Trillo has curated the extraordinary Nomad Wine List. Trillo, originally from Marbella, has recently returned home after working around the globe including Michelin Star restaurants AM Marstal in Munich and Angela Hartnett in London, among others. He has also run his own bar, listed as one of the 10 best wine bars in Spain. David has created the Nomad Wine List with very interesting wines including some hard-to-find names.
